For our customers located in the UK, your shipping options are as follows. The cost is determined by the weight of your order, the options and cost will be displayed at checkout.

• Next Day Service Guaranteed before 1pm

For our customers from distant shores, your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at check out based on the weight and destination of the parcel. You can select either Standard or Tracked and Signed for shipping.... We recommend the Tracked and Signed for option.

Please note - Please ensure that the purchase or import of CBD products is legal in your country of residence. We take absolutely no responsibility or liability for any parcels held, inspected or destroyed by customs or government agencies as a result of any customer attempting to import restricted or prohibited items. By using our service, it is implied that you agree to these terms.

RETURNS

We have a 'No Quibble' 28 day returns policy. If you change your mind about any item you purchase from us, simply return it unopened and unused within 28 days of receipt and we will refund the items cost. We suggest that you use a tracked service to return any items and keep hold of your proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us at info@graysons-lifestyle.com or through our Contact Us page and we will offer to fully refund you for these items or offer replacements (subject to stock availability). We may ask for some more information and/photographs of the items. Please do not be offended, the information gathered allows us to assess methods of preventing future occurrences.
